Janice Richardson
Director of Marketing
With over 15 years of experience managing and marketing commercial and retail shopping centers on the east coast, Janice Richardson launched her own marketing company. After relocating to Hutchinson, KS Selwyn Marketing, LLC has been serving clients for the past fourteen years focusing on social media exposure and website design.
Janice has organized and overseen dozens of marketing events for properties throughout the Southeast United States as well as locally in Hutchinson, Kansas. After relocating to Hutchinson, she has obtained new local marketing clients, assisting them with social media, website services, logo design, event coordination and branding campaigns.
In 2016 she also successfully started her own public art studio business called Splinters-N-Rust, which is located on Main Street in Hutchinson offering public and private art classes, custom artwork, handmade items for sale by local Kansas makers and more!
In June of 2024 she joined the staff of the Clayworks in Hutchinson to teach painting to their clients as a part of a special project partnership with the Hutchinson Regional Medical Center. This project is a part-time, project-based endeavor.
